Identifying panicle initation

Hey Rice Survivors and followers

here is a little clip that shows how to identify panicle initiation. Next time you're in the field and wonder if your crop has reached this stage yet, make sure you have a knife or other cutting implement with you as well as good eyes or a magnifying glass;)
